Just a five-minute walk south of Sea Salt Restaurant, you will find a natural saltwater lagoon. It is incredible and forms during low tide. This magical, wave-free pool is approximately 100 meters by 50 meters. This natural formation is the perfect spot to enjoy with family. You can unwind in the tranquility of its crystal-clear waters.

This spectacular lagoon appears twice a day, lasting for about four hours each time. It begins forming roughly two hours before low tide and remains for about two hours afterward. Once the tide shifts, the landscape transforms back into the beautiful open beach of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.

Just a 5 minute drive from the house, you’ll find a beautiful riverside pool area. It has a large thatched ranch, sofas, and tables. This is a peaceful and scenic space for families. There isn’t a restaurant currently open in the community. Gran Pacifica is preparing to build one soon. This will make it an even more exclusive area. In the meantime, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. They can enjoy a relaxing picnic atmosphere by the pool. Alternatively, they can relax at the beach.
5 minute Driving to the main beachfront area Asuchillo, you’ll find a large oceanfront ranch. It has restrooms, showers, a volleyball court, and 24-hour security. This offers everything you need for a fun and safe day at the beach.
The famous Asuchillo Beach surf break is home to the 2024 Latin American Surf Tournament. It is just 5 minutes drive from granada111. This spot is not only perfect for surfing, but also for safe swimming, long beach walks, and relaxing under the sun.
