Just a five-minute walk south of Sea Salt Restaurant, you’ll find an incredible natural saltwater lagoon that forms during low tide. This magical, wave-free pool—approximately 100 meters by 50 meters—is the perfect spot to enjoy with family and unwind in the tranquility of its crystal-clear waters.

This spectacular lagoon appears twice a day, lasting for about four hours each time. It begins forming roughly two hours before low tide and remains for about two hours afterward. Once the tide shifts, the landscape transforms back into the beautiful open beach of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.
Asuchillo Beach
At the main beachfront area, you’ll find a large oceanfront ranch with restrooms, showers, a volleyball court, and 24-hour security — offering everything you need for a fun and safe day at the beach.
Just a one-minute walk from the house, you’ll find a beautiful riverside pool area with a large thatched ranch, sofas, and tables — a peaceful and scenic space for families. While there isn’t a restaurant currently open in the community, Gran Pacifica is preparing to build one soon, making this an even more exclusive area. In the meantime, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and enjoy a relaxing picnic atmosphere by the pool or beach.
