1. Full-Service 360° Management (30% of Bookings)
This package offers complete, worry-free property management where we handle every aspect of your rental. Here’s what you can expect:
- Guest Management: We oversee bookings, communicate with guests, and handle check-ins and check-outs. Upon arrival, we ensure guests understand the house rules and how everything operates.
- Cleaning: We arrange and manage cleaning services before and after each stay, ensuring the property is always in pristine condition.
- Maintenance: we work proactively during the week getting all to keep your property stunning and great reviews which results in more rentals.
- 24/7 Support: We are available around the clock to handle any guest requests, needs, or emergencies during their stay.
- Payments: We manage all financial transactions, including collecting payments and Provide with monthly rental report and financial statements.
- Repairs: If any repair issues arise (like plumbing, electrical, AC, or appliance failures), we coordinate with third-party professionals on your behalf. We’ll either manage it with our staff at an hourly rate or oversee third-party services with a 20% management fee.
- Total Peace of Mind: With this package, you don’t need to get involved in day-to-day issues unless you want to. We manage everything with your interests in mind, giving you peace of mind and maximizing the potential of your property.
2. Partial Management (20% of Bookings)
This package offers a more hands-off option, where you retain some control while we handle the essentials:
- Guest Experience: We manage bookings and handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring guests understand house rules and operations.
- 24/7 Guest Support: We are always available for guests via phone to address any questions or concerns and will forward any issues to you.
- Owner-Managed Repairs: If a repair is needed (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.), we alert you so that you can coordinate with professionals. Prompt responses are crucial to maintaining your property’s reputation and ensuring future rentals.
- If needed, we can support third-party service coordination for a 25% management fee.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by loved ones while pursuing what I’m truly passionate about. With over 14 years dedicated to tourism, I’ve become deeply rooted in my local community.
Whether I’m teaching surf or golf lessons, leading community projects, or helping protect sea turtles, I find so much joy in sharing the beauty and peaceful spirit of our little paradise with others. I love meeting new people from around the world and helping them experience the best of this special place I call home.
My affinity for nature, including stargazing, wildlife, and lush greenery, is matched only by my love for sports like golf and soccer. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with various rental companies, but now, fueled by our own experiences and insights, I’m embarking on the journey of creating our own venture.
Being naturally social, I relish connecting with people from all corners of the globe.
