Casa Eva 01 is a two-story, two-bedroom home designed for relaxation and connection with the ocean breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker, purified water, dish soap, paper towels, and more — perfect for families or couples who love home-cooked meals.
The main bedroom, next to the living area, includes a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private bathroom, nightstand, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper.

The second bedroom offers independent access via an exterior staircase, perfect for guests seeking privacy. It includes:
- A private terrace with a breathtaking ocean view — ideal for sunsets or morning coffee.

Just a one-minute walk from the house, you’ll find a beautiful riverside pool area with a large thatched ranch, sofas, and tables — a peaceful and scenic space for families. While there isn’t a restaurant currently open in the community, Gran Pacifica is preparing to build one soon, making this an even more exclusive area. In the meantime, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and enjoy a relaxing picnic atmosphere by the pool or beach.
At the main beachfront area, you’ll find a large oceanfront ranch with restrooms, showers, a volleyball court, and 24-hour security — offering everything you need for a fun and safe day at the beach.
The famous Asuchillo Beach surf break — home to the 2024 Latin American Surf Tournament — just minutes from Casa Eva 01. This spot is not only perfect for surfing, but also for safe swimming, long beach walks, and relaxing under the sun.
🏖️ Low-Tide Saltwater Lagoon 🪸🐠
Just a five-minute walk south of Sea Salt Restaurant, you’ll find an incredible natural saltwater lagoon that forms during low tide. This magical, wave-free pool—approximately 100 meters by 50 meters—is the perfect spot to enjoy with family and unwind in the tranquility of its crystal-clear waters.

This spectacular lagoon appears twice a day, lasting for about four hours each time. It begins forming roughly two hours before low tide and remains for about two hours afterward. Once the tide shifts, the landscape transforms back into the beautiful open beach of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.
