   • Each community is organized and controls its own Property/Condo Owner Association; there is a Property Owner fee that ensures Gran Pacifica Families live in and enjoy a clean & eco-friendly environment, well-maintained streets & streetlights, beautiful gardens, common areas, and landscape sceneries stay stunning, 24-hour security on the property plus a gated entrance.
   • All the empty lots are clean and constantly cut for the POA Team, garbage is picked Monday and Friday morning 7-9 am (trash needs to be in bags to be taken).
   • 5$ per property goes towards other Property/Condo Owner Associations, so all your family/friends are welcome to enjoy other common areas too when you become a property owner.
   • Gran Pacifica uses a sustainable wastewater system with strategically placed septic tanks throughout the community. Sewage is collected and treated in four large tanks using natural filtration processes.
