    • 5$ per property goes towards other Property/Condo Owner Associations, so all your family/friends are welcome to enjoy other common areas too when you become a property owner.
    • Gran Pacifica uses a sustainable wastewater system with strategically placed septic tanks throughout the community. Sewage is collected and treated in four large tanks using natural filtration processes.
