Everything in one price
Each package includes your stay, a golf cart and your green fees, taxes included. No separate bills at the course, no surprises when you check out.
The longer you stay, the better the price per night. Discounts apply to the stay, and the cart and green fees are included for every package.

All prices are in US dollars, per package, and include the stay, unlimited golf during your stay, golf cart and 15% tax. Stay discounts: 10% for 1 night, 5% for 2, 10% for 3, 15% for a week, 30% for two weeks and 50% for a month.

The course
Nine holes by the Pacific
Gran Pacífica has a 9-hole course that you can play as 18 using the alternate holes, with views of the ocean, the mountains and the volcano. The Tee Time Club House sits beside the course and serves quick food and coffee.

360 Properties Nicaragua is an independent company. We do not own or manage the golf course. We work in collaboration with the course to offer these packages, which is something nobody has done here before. Course rules, hours and conditions are the course’s own and may change, so we confirm everything with you when you book.
